Intake
Assessments

These 75-minute appointments are the starting point for most new clients. You’ll have the opportunity to tell us about the problems or goals that bring you to therapy, and we’ll share our recommendations for how we can help.

Individual
Psychotherapy

CBT delivered in a one-on-one format helps ensure the specific content, pacing, and style of sessions are tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Individual psychotherapy is available for adults to help with a variety of issues, including those related to mood, anxiety, emotion regulation, sleep, trauma, and substance use.

Psychodiagnostic Assessments

These specialized assessments are more structured and comprehensive than our regular intake assessments, which allows us to determine whether your symptoms meet the diagnostic criteria for any mental disorders. This diagnostic clarity allows for more informed treatment planning and is sometimes required for insurance purposes.

Group
Services

Group-based services are a cost-efficient alternative or supplement to individual psychotherapy. These groups have all of the key ingredients of CBT, with the added benefit of providing participants an opportunity to learn from others who have similar difficulties and treatment goals.
